I am passionate about Reiki and applying the coaching techniques that I have learnt and tested on myself to people in need. I describe myself as a clairvoyant Reiki Master Teacher and Mind Set coach who provides Spiritual and Energy Healing that helps people who are drawn to me, to recognise, understand and release old patterns of behaviour and thoughts that no longer serve them. I am especially drawn towards helping people heal and recover from traumatic relationships and the negative heavy impact that they can have on you.
As long as I can remember, I have been sensitive to the energy around me. Feeling other people’s emotions and how their physical body was feeling, helped me to learn how to manage my own energy, for my own sanity! Working in a busy hospital environment meant that I was almost forced to learn about energy and maintaining my own energetic boundaries, otherwise after a stint of shifts I felt completely drained with nothing left for myself, family or my friends. Working as a Registered Nurse for 25 years has taught me much and delving into the spiritual practice of Reiki and taking the time to learn has had an enormous positive impact on my life. I have a passion for helping others and love what I do. Having experienced trauma and being at a place where I am not just surviving but thriving, I feel I have much to offer others with the knowledge and experience I have obtained in my life. I have studied mind set coaching and am a qualified Love and Authenticity Practitioner, certified Crystal Healer through the science based course with Hibiscus Moon and a qualified Reiki Master Teacher. The Intuitive Readings have developed over time as part of my journey with energy work.
With over 25 years nursing experience, Caroline understands how to treat people with compassion and kindness. Caroline listens with an open heart and mind as she understands that your healing is not about her, it is about you! Caroline combines her communication skills, compassion and strongly developed intuitive abilities to facilitate healings that are tailored to your needs. Caroline works with spirit guides to help heal your spiritual, mental, emotional and physical bodies and to bring them back into alignment for your optimal health and well being. This type of healing energy helps to release energetic blockages, renews and repairs the energetic pathways and re-aligns your energy so that positive life changes can unfold. Caroline can create packages specifically for you. For example, you may require a combination session of Intuitive Readings, followed up by Reiki to support you and then a Crystal Healing to round that out. Another option can be that you might just need a few Reiki Healings to clear blockages and to support you or you may just need one healing and to sit with that for a time. You just need to ask Caroline or chat about what your thoughts are and together, a treatment plan can be formulated if that is something you feel you may need. Again, this is all about you! Your Spiritual journey is in your hands. Spiritual healing also helps with soul expression, which is something we all struggle with during life and the awakening process. We have an inherent natural urge to express ourselves freely but then we come against the collective whole which tends to lend itself to diminishing your natural vibrancy of your souls love and light, so as not to offend others or draw unwanted negative attention.
